Site Manager

I'm currently working with a UK Housebuilder, in assisting them with recruiting of a Site Manager, for their scheme based in Kent. My client builds new build homes across the South East region, with a mixture of traditional and timber frame houses. My client is looking for an all round Site Manager to work on a 150 unit plus residential scheme based in Kent. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities on site, writing weekly reports, managing progression works and reporting into a Project Manager. My client is looking for someone who has extensive high volume housebuilding experience. You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificate. This is a minimum 3 month contract position.
