Multi Trade Operative Fixed Term Contract

I'm looking for an experienced Multi Trade Operative for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract working on Reactive Maintenance in prisons around the West Midlands. Prison maintenance experience is a huge bonus. Duties of the successful Multi Trade Operative will include: Carpentry Plumbing Tiling Patch Plastering Groundworks General Remedial Works I'm looking to speak to Multi Trade Operative that: Have a full UK Driving Licence (A company van will be provided) A CSCS Card A current DBS Check, or is willing to take one for the role Experience in Maintenance roles before, ideally within Prisons In return, the successful Multi Trade Operative will receive: A 6 month Fixed Term Contract, guaranteeing work until April A company van and fuel card A salary equivalent to £28,000 per annum The potential for this contract to be extended by another 6months after the original contract comes to an end.
