An award-winning M&E Contractor focused on delivering Critical Infrastructure Projects projects across a range of sectors is currently seeking an ambitious and driven Mechanical Project Manager a Data Centre project.
You will be working for an innovative forward-thinking contractor that operates a diverse business model. With the order book full until 2022, there is great scope for a high performing Mechanical Project Manager to play a key part in this growth.

Mechanical Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
·Work with the Construction Site Managers and advise them on all Mechanical aspects of the project
·Work closely with the M&E Design Coordinators and Consultant Design Teams and deal with technical queries
·Co-ordinate and liaise with suppliers, specialist sub-contractors, in-house functions and resource
·Be actively involved in the detailed review and analysis of the information received and the co-ordination of that information
·Work collaboratively with the site administration team to ensure make subcontractors have up to date information on the project
·Monitor and report Mechanical site progress
The ideal Mechanical Project Manager Candidate will have:
·Ideally experience working on Life Sciences & Technology, Health Care or Telecommunication projects
·Good knowledge of varied Mechanical construction techniques and their implementation
·Mechanically biased
·Ability to work to tight deadlines
·Must be client-facing with excellent communication
·Excellent organisational skills and the ability to overcome challenges
