Since then, the team have been extremely successful, responsible for delivering hundreds of site builds, including our newest digital Billboards and large Storm installations.
We’re excited to be growing our Construction Team even further and are looking for a skilled Installation Operative to join our team.
You will be working as part of the construction team erecting the superstructures of the digital advertising panels. Installation work will include erection of steel uprights to form part of the structure, attaching the screen framing and digital tiles. These will be mainly prebuilt steel structures and delivered to site in sections. There will be two types of structures to erect, either free standing or cantilevered off the gable walls of properties. The position will also require working closing with other team members such as the Groundworkers, installing the substructures.
This role will require travelling to sites nationwide so lodging and reasonable overnight expenses will be provided along with the use of a company vehicle.
This will create opportunities to develop additional skills where training will be provided.
What you'll be doing
To be able to manage your workloads issued within the agreed timescales.
Ensure that a safe site is created and maintained in accordance with the relevant
Construction Phase Plan and accompanying RAMS. This can include all forms of site segregation, signing and guarding as necessary.
You will be required to work within the framework of CCUK H&S Policy and accompanying legislation and codes of practice.
Correct use of working at height equipment – Following the site-specific risk assessments and method statements.
Maintain and safeguard the tools and equipment on site and ensure that they are stored in a lockable unit at the end of the shift.
Report any near misses, accidents or incidents on site to the Construction Manager.
Ensure that the site is left in a clear and tidy order to represent the company’s reputation in delivering good practices, quality of work and overall general appearance of Clear Channel.
Adhere to the Construction Design and Management regulations 2015.

Site Manager - Testing Division to run site operations for structural testing and concrete repairs for complex civil engineering and demolition projects.
Role overview:
An experienced civil engineer or coming from a technical background. Someone with 4-5 years site experience having worked in site engineering, material testing or structural surveying. Ideally knowledgeable of structures and different types of building construction techniques used in the past.
Able to manage some of the site teams and capable of writing and checking technical test reports. Some previous experience testing, inspection or monitoring would be ideal.
The work will involve Structural testing and repairs, Concrete testing and repairs and Carbon Fibre Reinforced Polymer application.
Company Overview:
The company carry out on-site structural testing and monitoring for complex civil engineering and demolition projects.
Allied to this are the Structural and Concrete tests and repairs, using CFRP strengthening.
Carrying out tests such as: Structural load capacity tests, plate bearing tests, anchor testing (shear and tensile), pre-loading steelwork and load transfer, concrete scanning, weld inspections and structural survey work. The role will be based out of the London office in Farringdon.

An experienced civil engineer or coming from a technical background. Someone with 4-5 years site experience having worked in site engineering, material testing or structural surveying. Ideally knowledgeable of structures and different types of building construction techniques used in the past.
Able to manage some of the site teams and capable of writing and checking technical test reports. Some previous experience testing, inspection or monitoring would be ideal.
The work will involve Structural testing and repairs, Concrete testing and repairs and Carbon Fibre Reinforced Polymer application.

We are looking for a confident Quantity Surveyor to work on the CAM framework (Rail). The contract is reactive by nature and will pose interesting work for the right candidate, we undertake emergency works for network rail and draw upon a wide range of knowledge within our supply chain to make quick decisions. The ideal candidate will come from a Rail environment and be able to make swift decisions in a confident manor.
What you will be doing
* Encourage and develop a culture of commercial awareness within the team
* Ensure the site team adheres to group procedures and governance
* Development, motivation & performance management of junior staff
* Preparation of internal commercial reporting and any other reports which may be required
* Preparation of Valuations/Applications for Payment with full supporting documentation in accordance with the contract
* Preparation of Cost Reports to the Client with contractually compliant supporting documentation
* Preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedules
* Administration of subcontractor/supplier accounts from the preparation of detailed requisitions, monitoring and authorisation of subcontract payments through to agreement of final accounts
* Undertake the contract administration, including change management and maintain associated registers
* Identifying commercial risks, opportunities, value engineering and change
* Use the cost allocation/coding which satisfies both internal and external requirements
* Measurement of quantities in accordance with the standard methods of measurement as required
* Positive engagement with Client equivalent position
Who we are looking for
* HND/Degree qualification
* Proven experience within a Quantity Surveyor or similar role.
* CSCS (White / Gold Card)
* Registered with RICS / ICES and working towards chartership
* Full driving licence & flexible with travel.
* Excellent knowledge of Standard Forms of Contract (NEC) and Standard Methods of Measurement
* Strong communication within presentations and ability to negotiate and persuade others
* Experience within a construction/engineering/similar and commercial background

You will be a capable, stand alone surveyor, ideally with 10 years experience, we will be looking to complement the role with a full time site based Assistant QS to assist in the day to day running of the project.
Also be Capable of running multiple packages simultaneously, including all Valuations, Payments, CVR’s, Pricing and Agreeing Variations with Trades and the PQS, Project Reports, Cashflows etc...
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for assisting with tendering (where necessary), procurement and payment of supply chain, cost/ value reporting, valuations, and payments together with pricing contract variations, preparation of claims (time and quantum) and undertaking commercial and contractual correspondence.
