Mechanical Estimator (HVAC) - Growing Mechanical Contractor - £45-60k + Package Your new company A Northamptonshire based Mechanical Building Services Contractor are looking to grow their team with an additional Mechanical Estimator. They design and install mechanical services (HVAC) for construction projects in all major sectors, mainly commercial and industrial. Typical project values range from 750k - £5milion. Your new role As a Mechanical Estimator, your role will require you to create estimates/tenders from mechanical services design drawings (heating, ventilation and air conditioning). Ideally you will be able to work on both design and build and pre designed projects. You will work closely with suppliers/wholesalers to obtain the best prices possible. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of prestigious and high value projects.
