Quantity Surveyor/ Senior QS

Senior Quantity Surveyor/ QS RC frame & groundworks Dartford Contract or PAYE My client a well established Groundworks, remediation and civil engineering contractor are seeking a strong QS/SQS with a background in groundowrks & civil engineering. They are open to either candidates on a permenant basis or on a freelance contract. The right candidate will have experience working for a similar sub-contractor and be able to ensure that the jobs are run to budget, manage the daily costings of the job and ensure payments, claims and variations are made in a timely manner. Working closely with the site team you will be responsible for Monthly reports to the Commercial manager, attending regular site meetings, ensure all labour costs are agreed and approved with the site team. This can be an immediate start for the right candidate if they are available but are also willing to wait a notice period if required
