This role will be based in our Darlington Support Centre with some travel required.

Your role will involve:
Undertaking Specific Surveying Duties and having some input into Pre-Construction elements of tendering.
Production of Start Budgets, prior to Commencement of Works
Appointment of Contractors
Evaluation of Submissions for Tender
Preparation and Coordination of Contractor Documents
Liaison with Project Teams & Third Parties
Management of Project Budgets & Client Valuations
Negotiation of Contractor Variations & Valuations
Cost Evaluations & Project Reports – Weekly & Monthly
Attendance at Management Team and Department Meetings at Various Locations which may be outside the usual place of Work
SERVICES
To understand the nature and ethos of the company's delivery of care and to align the property management accordingly.
Wherever possible support front line managers and staff to achieve best practice in the delivery of care to the Residents of homes.
To understand the nature of our Residents, their continuing care requirements and how the environment which we care for them in is pivotal to their well-being and safeguarding.
