Architectural Planner

Job Title: Architectural CAD Technician Location: Dorset – Work From Home Type: Permanent Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 Profile My Client is a small, friendly, but very busy, Residential M&E Designers based in Dorset. They are looking for an Architectural Technician, Technologist, or Assistant to be the first member of the Architectural team and to help diversify the services they offer. They are offering a work from home position with occasional site / office visits. You need to demonstrate: Proficiency with AutoCAD The ability to produce high quality working drawings Experience with Planning Application Drawings and Building Regulation Drawings The ability to liaise directly with clients, contractors, consultants, and local authorities A thorough and sound knowledge of current UK Building Regulations Able to complete a project entirely unaided Self-motivation, enthusiasm and excellent communication skills Revit experience (desirable but not essential) They have a wide range of work in the private housing market. Positions are offered on a full-time contract with a 3-month probation period
