The Company A UK based major main construction & civil engineering contractor delivering an array of residential, healthcare, commercial, education, retail, leisure and industrial schemes with typical new build and refurbishment project values in range of £1m to £500m+ with a portfolio of high profile tenders in the pipeline for future works. The Role As an experienced Finishing Foreman you will use previous experience of supervising on site works to successfully handover the internal fit out of a Major Healthcare Scheme in London. You will be a key member in ensuring the development meets and exceeds client requirements and abides by legislation / Health and safety regulations. Duties Health and Safety Snagging and De-snagging Assisting the Project Manager Reporting to the Works Manager Overseeing internal aspects of the build Supervising all trades and operatives on site Attend weekly progress report meetings and site inductions Direct daily briefings for trade contractors and sub contractorsAn Executive salary plus benefits package is on offer for the successful candidate.
