Light Gauge Steel Frame Detailer Imperial Professionals are working in partnership with a fast moving, innovative construction company that manufactures and distributes products for the MMC market. We are looking to recruit an LGS Frame Detailer to join this fast-growing company. LOCATION: Richmond, North Yorkshire SALARY: Negotiable SHIFT/WORKING HOURS: 37-hour week (Mon-Fri) ROLE SUMMARY: As LGS Frame Detailer, you will project manage and design light gauge steel frame using Vertex BD / FrameCAD whilst liaising with clients. An exciting opportunity, you will be given full autonomy to manage projects and grow the department within this rapidly expanding company. Key Responsibilities: * Design simple and complex light gauge steel structures accurately and efficiently to clients specifications. * Integrate structural steel along with light gauge steel frame. * Produce assembly drawings, machine file and GA drawings. * Regularly discuss project requirements with clients. * Occasionally commute to site as and when needed. Requirements: * The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience detailing LGS. * Confident using Vertex BD / FrameCAD. * Experience produce GA drawings. * Showcase creativity and a passion towards designing structures. * An ambitious personality, looking to progress their career long term with a forward thinking company.
