Senior Site Manager Burgess Hill Upto £65k (Temp to Perm) My client a PLC residential developer is seeking a strong Senior Site Manager to take over a project near Burgess Hill, West Sussex. You will have solid residential developer experience and be responsible for running a project of over 100 traditional build units. You will be responsible for the daily management and safety of staff on site. Working closely with an ASM you will focus on creating short term programmes from the master programme, manage ground workers, bricklayers, carpentry and roofing contractors as well as internal;/ finishing trades alongside your ASM. The role will ensure that each unit is produced to a high quality and minimal snagging and customer care required. You will report into a visiting contracts manager who will attend site once or twice a week and who will work with you to ensure you have the support required to run a successful site
