Quantity Surveyor

Our client is working on a multi-phased development and is looking for an individual who will be in charge of a particular part of the scheme. For this role you will have been involved with a number of projects that specialist in High-Rise, for either large tier 1 main contractors or a large residential developer. A Quantity Surveying qualification is required, and you will have worked for some leading construction companies during your career as a Quantity Surveyor. To apply for this position, you must have experience working on large projects within either the main-contracting residential side or a large housing developers up to £100 million.
