Senior Site Manager

Senior Site Manager I am currently working with an excellent regional building contractor who have a requirement for a senior site manager to join their business for a secured project which starts later this year. The project is a £3.5m design and build housing scheme for a local Housing Association. You will be the lead on site and report to a visiting contracts manager. Ideally you will have experience delivering social housing previously preferably for a contractor. You must have experience delivering tradtional build schemes also or come from a relevant trade background originally. My client is looking to conduct interviews for this position ASAP.
