Production Team Leader - Leeds Are you looking to work for a bespoke wood manufacturer based near Leeds? Are you a hands on, driven Production Team Leader who likes to problem solve and keep lines running? Would you like the next step into an exciting and busy environment? Our client is looking for Production Team Leader with wood manufacturing experience to join the business and work with a small team of operators, supervising production and looking after any basic mechanical maintenance and breakdowns. Shift Pattern - 14:30pm-11pm Monday - Friday We are looking for people to be proactive in the following areas: * Supervising Operatives on shift * Overseeing production and the running of the lines * Responsible for co-ordinating any of the maintenance activities on site * Hands on assistance to reactive breakdowns, line operating and day-to-day general operational running of plant * Overseeing the tool room We are looking to speak with candidates that have the following experience: * Experienced as a team leader role in a wood machining business or an Operator looking at the next step up in their career If you want to discuss this position in more detail, please call Stephanie Nurse at Elevation Recruitment Group.
