Brief Outline A well-established designer, manufacturer and installer of specialist Joinery, are looking for a Commercial Manager, with excellent industry experience and drive to come into the business and help with the continued success of this specialist Joinery company About our Client * The client has been operating for more than 50+yrs, and have enjoyed continued success and recognition within Joinery during that period * They can continue the growth of the business and see the hiring of a capable Commercial Manager as part of that * Most of their projects are in the busy London market, where they have cultivated a reputation of excellent craftsmanship and professionalism About the Role * Management of commercial staff * Cash flow * Budgetary control * Liaising with estimators and design team to ensure profitability * Reporting to the Managing Director About the Candidate * At least 5 years’ experience within Joinery * Degree or equivalent within quantity surveying * Experience managing commercial staff * Committed approach to work * Stable work history Points of Appeal * Growing contractor * Senior role with influence * Full benefits package
