Builder opportunity in Oxfordshire Your new company We are currently recruiting for a builder for a social housing company covering Oxfordshire and surrounding areas on a permanent basis. Your new role As a builder you will be carrying out all aspects of building repairs and maintenance to properties in Oxfordshire. Although based in Oxfordshire, this role will be heavily mobile and will require a lot of travelling. You will be working alongside the planned and voids team. This role will include, but not be limited to: repairing brickwork and blockwork, all types of fencing, laying and levelling compound, flooring and tiles and roofing and guttering and roofing repairs. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have a full UK Driving licence with a minimum of 2 years driving experience due to the requirement of travel for the role. You will have experience in a similar role working in social housing and have demonstrable experience in all core trades. You will need to be qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a building trade.
