Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst - London

Our client is a well-established and successful asbestos company, who provide a wide range of asbestos services to clients throughout the South East. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join their busy team working on a wide variety of contracts in and around the London region. The client will also accept applications from P403/4 qualified site analyst that are looking to gain the P402 qualification. Applications from Woking, Epsom, Dartford, Basildon and the surrounding areas. Qualifications & Experience: Will hold the P402/P403/P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification. Hands on experience carrying out asbestos surveying and air-monitoring/air-testing duties. Excellent communication skills. Competent with Microsoft office package. A strong working knowledge of asbestos health & safety procedures. Role: Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing. Undertake Management & Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties including commercial and industrial. Supervising contractors on site ensuring compliance with asbestos health and safety procedures. Collating and producing comprehensive reports. Maintaining a professional working relationship with the company's large portfolio of clients.
