360/Shovel Plant Operator

360 Plant Operator needed near Horsham area. Salary: competitive Job Type: temp to perm Immediate start. MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES * You will be part of a team responsible for maintaining a strong health, safety and environmental culture at the recycling site * operating mobile plant (shovel loader) * Communicating between fellow operatives and management to ensure the safety and efficiency of the unit is maintained * Main duties included operating mobile plant at the yard, excavation and assisting the team where needed during maintenance days. * maintain a high standard of housekeeping. * Flexible to allow varied work patterns to meet the needs of the business from time to time EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS * Must hold a current CPCS skills card for wheeled loading shovel. * Previous experience in an Industrial or Manufacturing environment is desirable * Highly motivated and organised with strong problem solving skills. * Must be reliable, flexible, determined and enthusiastic. * Clean driver licence Site hours are Monday to Friday 07:00 to 19:00 or shift pattern 4 on 4 off/ days Licence: * CPCS skills card for wheeled loading shovel (Required) * Clean driver's licence (Required) We work across all of West Sussex and Sussex area and are currently supporting our clients on numerous other sites, we are always looking for skilled and reliable people who are “on the tools
