Junior Quantity Surveyor

We are excited to be working with a fantastic bespoke developer in Thanet, Ramsgate who due to growth and expansion they are recruiting for a Junior Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the team. The right individual will have two years commercial experience, gained valuable knowledge within construction. You may well be working as a trainee looking to take that step up, or an assistant keen to become part of private developer and build some unique projects. You will be reporting directly into a project manager and will gain experience of managing and implementing the processes. This opportunity presents great longevity and will have many opportunities to grow within the business quickly. The head office is in Ramsgate and has in total 100 units being built, mixture of houses, flats and one commercial unit. With a value of more than £12million. The right individual will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying and will have some building experience. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £25,000.00 to £30,000.00 /year
