Assistant Facilities Manager - Oldham - £20 per hour - Immediate start My client a leading Facilities service provider are looking for a Assistant Facilities Manager to work on a contract basis in a soft services/healthcare facilities in the Oldham area. The contract is initially 3-6 month but potential to go on longer. As an Assistant Facilities Manager you will be assisting the Facilities Manager delivering facilities management services. The successful candidate will ensure that an outstanding standard of FM service is delivered to our client through effective leadership of an on-site team. The Facilities Manager will take ownership for all aspects of operational management including health and safety, environmental and customer service standards. You will need to have a strong track record in health & safety of sites and safe systems of working, along with strong processes and reporting skills. For this role we are looking at immediate starts on some highly sensitive and prestigious sites, and therefore need either an existing DBS certificate or willingness to apply, and a list of sound references from the last few years.
