Contracts Manager - Chelmsford Our client in Chelmsford, Essex are looking to add a contracts manager to their existing team off the back of some fantastic project wins. A refurbishment specialist, they operate across a variety of sectors including decent homes, commercial properties such as schools and libraries, retail, and other public sector buildings. Based in Essex, they run projects mostly inside the M25 and the neighbouring counties, right down to the south of England. As contracts manager, you'd be expected to oversee 2-4 projects at a time, ranging from £100k - £4m in value. To be considered you'll need experience in a contracts manager role with a main contractor, and live within a reasonable commute of their head office in Chelmsford, Essex.
