They currently require a talented and career driven individual to join their organization on an initial one-year fixed term contract, delivering first class FM services to a corporate head office.

Your new role
As Facilities Manager you will oversee a single corporate HQ office with responsibility for delivering TFM services. A fantastic opportunity, my client wants to invest in a talented and motivated FM professional ideally looking for a step up in their career. You will manage both direct and indirect reports, responsibility for monthly financial reporting and ensuring a first class service is delivered to the end user.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will need prior AFM or FM experience working for a tier one facilities service provider within a corporate office environment. The individual must be customer focused in their approach to service delivery, strong communicator, motivated and take pride in the work they undertake.

An industry competitive salary of £32,000 - £37,000 plus company benefits. One year fixed term contract.
