Fusion People have an excellent opportunity for a Energy Manager within a FM division to based in London or Birmingham. Working for an established FM company this role is a permanent opportunity paying £40-£50k pa DOE plus company car Main purpose of this role and responsibilities: * Helping the business to demonstrate a clear and coherent strategy for delivering improved energy efficiencies for our customers * Identifying customer requirements and contractual obligations * Providing strategic and organisational direction to a team of energy specialists to ensure outputs are delivered to a consistent, high standard * Providing Key Account management skills for priority customers * Support the business and senior management team by helping to build a clear and coherent customer offer in relation to energy and utilities consumption. * Work with FM SMT members and internal comms to raise profile of energy and energy management throughout the FM business; * Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers and clients to fully understand their requirements and priorities for improving efficient use of utilities across their sites For this role, you will have the below expectations and required experience: * Demonstrable experience in team management and contract/account management * Ability to identify and understand contractual requirements for managing energy and utilities within an FM environment * Experience of identifying and assessing energy and water efficiency options within a variety of buildings and preparing proposals and assessments for presentation to clients and customers * Take the initiative to develop needed professional skills appropriate to job assignments.
