Design Estimator

Vacancy: Design Estimator Location: Dublin Salary: €50K - €60K + package (DOE) 3D Personnel’s client, one of market leading provider of interior fitout solutions, is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Design Estimator to be based in Dublin. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role within commercial fit out company. Responsibilities of Design Estimator will include but won’t be limited to: Logging and registering new tenders / enquiries Reviewing with Sales Director quotations to be issued Pricing all enquiries Putting together technical submittals to accompany quotations Producing shop drawings to accompany technical submittals Registering new jobs when received and updating file with all relevant information Handing over to contracts team Submitting monthly valuations and final accounts based on information supplied by contracts team Requirements: 5+ years’ experience in a similar role with commercial fit out company Glazing experience desirable Good command of Microsoft Excel, Word and Autocad. Excellent time management skills and must be able to complete projects before deadlines Strong analytical skills Excellent communication and presentation skills
