THE ROLE
As a Construction Project Manager here at OWN LONDON, you will have experience working for a London based contractor or developer within the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. Your New Role You will be responsible for managing the costs and contracts of the projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will prepare budgets and cost plans as well as assisting in the delivery and management of a variety of projects and providing regular updates on the performance of on-going projects. You will report directly to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and work closely with the Operational Team. What you will need to succeed You will hold a third level qualification, and will have a minimum of two year experience in a Quantity Surveying Role, ideally with a main contractor. Demonstrable experience of assisting in the pricing a construction projects and a working knowledge of forms of contract such as JCT will be a necessity. You will have a high level of computer literacy, and will have experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally you must demonstrate the ability to read and accurately interpret drawing and technical specification.
