Working collaboratively with internal teams such as DD&T (IT Function), Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement and Communications/Branding. Collaboration and co-ordination will also be required with my clients UK Land & Property and Facilities teams. Responsible for managing the relationships with a number of major stakeholders, developing positive relationships, ensuring that service levels and objectives are agreed and that performance is managed effectively. Requirements: Knowledge of all aspects of property project management and dependency management Property management experience including the selection, fit out and opening of new offices/facilities Property Contract knowledge Experience of continual improvement through the ability to bring creative and innovative ideas to the forefront and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and/or costs/change management. Experience of managing a third-party providers/suppliers Experience of working as part of an integrated team to deliver significant changes / transformation Experience in driving performance through the effective management and development of a team. Good stakeholder management, influencing and facilitation skills Demonstrable track record of developing successful, long lasting, relationships across the business including ability to engage, challenge and influence senior managers, deal effectively with resistance to proposals and secure their buy-in and support.
