Role Purpose;
* To work with the build commercial director to form an effective team for managing the successful delivery of the project; leading the MEP commercial team in maximising the commercial performance of the MEP Stream through the implementation of the commercial strategy and targets developed by the Business Streams Leadership Team/ Project Steering Group and Project Directorship.

The Role
The PLO will report to the Project Senior Contract Manager and will be introduced to the local community at the start of works launch event to be arranged prior to works commencing on site. They are presently looking for Quantity Surveyors, Senior Quantity Surveyors and Estimators with experience on Groundworks packages to undertake a variety of commercially focussed duties on groundwork`s schemes valued anything from £200,000 to £2 million. Due to an influx of work and lots of success my client is looking to build on his existing team and offers a great opportunity to work with and learn from some great Quantity Surveyors, Senior Quantity Surveyors and Estimators.
