Reporting to the Surveying Services Manager you will carry out surveying activities within the Paradigm Property Services Team. At present, they are seeking a talented Project Manager to join their team in Bristol with a focus on delivering schemes within the education sector. Primarily this team works within primary and secondary education acting on behalf of both central government and local authorities.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The ideal candidate will be working in a similar role with a leading construction consultancy, ideally with around 3 - 5 years of experience specifically within the education sector. This should include working with both the ESFA and local authorities, however if you have only worked with one of these types of client then that would be acceptable.
This role will ideally suit a relatively experienced Project Manager, however you could also be a talented and driven Assistant Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career.
In return, our client is offering a highly competitive salary from £34,000 – £40,000 plus an extensive and flexible benefits package which includes; car allowance, private medical insurance, contributory pension scheme etc.

Chartered Surveyor - Residential property practice - Central London Your new company I am representing a leading firm of chartered surveyors in Central London for residential property. This practice carries out building surveys on large mansions running into the many millions to flats valued in the tens of thousands. They offer building surveying services including residential and commercial surveys, as well as epc (energy performance certificates), party wall surveyor services, dilapidation surveys and property inspection reports throughout London. Your new role You will be commercially minded as the successful applicant will be promoted to Associate Director and then equity Director upon reaching targets. You will have prior experience in residential surveying as the role will consist in carrying out surveys and Party Wall work. What you'll need to succeed
