Delivering effective business communication through advice, review, leadership and direct contribution to management and team meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence, publicity, monthly and ad-hoc reporting and other publications, as appropriate. Provide a learning environment, and appropriate training and development planning. Ensure basic training needs are delivered, employees are fully competent to undertake their roles, and are able to reach their full future potential. Demonstrate a willingness to attend on and off site training for plant and systems as they are installed. This may require nights away from home. Experience Required: Experience in Building Services industry. HV Authorised Person (Preferable). Completed recognised formal Electrical or Mechanical training to at least city and Guilds level, preferably ONC/HNC or Higher. (Desirable) Strong communication skills. Ability to lead, motivate and direct a team of technicians/operatives. Possess an understanding of Health and Safety issues, NEBOSH / IOSH, or equivalent formal training would be desirable. Conversant with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). A good level of English and Mathematics required. Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise workloads. Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints.
