Architectural Metalwork Estimator

My client a well known Architectural contractor is currently seeking for an Architectural Metalwork Estimator with extensive experience on bespoke projects with manufacture and staircases feature. The ideal candidate would be someone with relevant working experience for a metalwork or fabrication company.

Key feature for this role:

Able to lead estimating internal handover meetings to project teams on successful bids.
Will be expected to work closely with the project commercial teams in providing requisite build-ups, break downs
Acting respectfully and professionally at all times whilst representing the company at meetings and/or events
Will ensure all internal functions are engaged as necessary/appropriate in the assembly and submission of a timely bid
The Person:

To be considered for this role, you must have proven previous experience as an estimator with experience and skills in Architectural Metalwork & Structural Steelwork
The applicant must have good customer communication skills including negotiation skills
You must be detail orientated and a well organised individual able to meet tight deadlines
The applicant must be able to read architectural drawings and engineering drawings
Understand metal fabrication processes
A full driving license
