A Utility contractor are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major utility project based on site in North-West London.
The company are a Main Contractor for Power, Water, Gas, Telecoms and Railways and are currently growing their business whilst focusing on major projects.
They now require a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can add value to their business and work on a major project to decommission existing cables in a power network. This includes civil works, removal of cables, dismantle & disposal of cable management infrastructure and demolition of cooling stations. The decommissioning scheme runs through densely urban areas of London, predominantly under highways, a canal towpath, few parkland areas and multiple third party land. The contract will run for at least 2 years.
The successful candidate will be a Senior Quantity Surveyor with at least 6 years’ experience. You should have a strong main contracting background as well as NEC contract experience (preferably option c). It is essential that your experience is on major Utility or Infrastructure projects on good Commercial Schemes.

A Utility contractor are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major utility project based on site in North-West London.
The company are a Main Contractor for Power, Water, Gas, Telecoms and Railways and are currently growing their business whilst focusing on major projects.
They now require a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can add value to their business and work on a major project to decommission existing cables in a power network. This includes civil works, removal of cables, dismantle & disposal of cable management infrastructure and demolition of cooling stations. The decommissioning scheme runs through densely urban areas of London, predominantly under highways, a canal towpath, few parkland areas and multiple third party land. The contract will run for at least 2 years.
The successful candidate will be a Senior Quantity Surveyor with at least 6 years’ experience. You should have a strong main contracting background as well as NEC contract experience (preferably option c). It is essential that your experience is on major Utility or Infrastructure projects on good Commercial Schemes.
