Key Responsibilities and Duties:
You will be the Customer's point of contact for all projects under your control; these projects will be monitored & directed by the Contracts Manager & Head of Operations.
Responsible for planning projects, arranging materials with the purchasing department, writing method statements and risk assessments and organising labour.
Raising Work orders for assigned contractors.
Ensuring H&S is maintained on all sites under your control.
Complete site surveys, monitoring visits and working with our SHEQ Manager to ensure all projects are completed to a high standard.
Raising variations on projects as they develop.
Arranging building control for projects.
Managing project budgets.
Completing final accounts and working alongside the accounts department to ensure swift payments on projects completed.
You will need to deliver the high service demanded by our customers, acting in good faith and as required by Westone Housing to promote the success of the company and maintain high standards of business conduct.Required Experience:
Experience in the construction industry would be beneficial (1 Year Preferred).
Proven track record as an individual who can deliver effectively and on time.
Excellent problem solving, planning and progress control skills.
Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent Customer care skills both face to face and in written communication.

We have a new opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Vistry Partnerships East Midlands, at our Stamford Site. As our Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Senior Site Manager with the day to day control of the site, management and delivery of project works and in the management and delivery of a larger scale project.
The project is located in Stamford and consists of 200 traditionally built units on a mixed tenure basis. 73 of the units will be open market sale with the remaining 127 pre-sold to an existing Client . We are looking for a driven individual from a solid build background to play a key role in the delivery of quality homes, on time and on budget. Situated on brownfield land in Stamford, enabling works is due to commence in the immediate weeks, and a substantial groundworks package is about to be placed as we begin to put together a delivery team to be managed by our Senior Site manager.
You will be looking to prove yourself on prestigious, high quality project located in a sought after area.

We have a new opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join our team at Vistry Partnerships East Midlands, at our Stilton Site in Peterborough. As our Senior Site Manager, you will have day to day control of the site, management and delivery of project works and in the day to day management and delivery of a larger scale project.
The project is located in Peterborough and consists of 70 traditionally built units for an existing Client on a design and build basis. We are looking for a driven individual from a solid build background to take control from the very beginning to completion. Situated on a former golf course on the edge of the village of Stilton, SI works are ongoing to establish a suitable foundation for the project, along with detailed designs for the site wide superstructures. A full site team is awaiting the leadership from a suitably experienced Senior Site Manager to take this project from the very start to completion.

Responsible for the safety and welfare of the general public, staff and supply chain within their control under the strict observance of the safety policy
Working safely, stopping work if unsafe and speaking up to address any safety concerns
Participate in safety initiatives
Maintain site cleanliness and presentation on site at all times
Responsibility for the successful completion of the overall project and to lead by example in all that they do, managing the day-to-day delivery of construction project, quality, time, procurement, contractors
Manage sub-contractors, including monitoring of contractor attendance and progress; provide direct instruction and support as necessary such that contractual arrangements are achieved
Follow Vistry site procedures and maintain all daily, weekly, and monthly site paperwork as is required to be audit compliant
Involved with the management of internal/external design team/consultants to meet project deadlines under supervision from a Contract Manager
Produces and regularly reviews short term programmes in line with the overall project programme (including procurement & Design & Build) to ensure completion on time under the supervision of Contract Manager
Ensure that detailed plans are available commensurate with the overall project plan such that material/resources/supply chain can be delivered to meet scheduled deadlines
Appreciate the commercial implications and drivers within the construction process and incorporate these into decision making working closely with the project Surveyor
Liaise with Contract Manager to ensure that they are fully aware of project progress and is notified of all financial, specification and time risks ensuring that all additional work is identified
