THE ROLE
As a Construction Project Manager here at OWN LONDON, you will have experience working for a London based contractor or developer within the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. You will report to the Construction Director and be responsible for the day-to-day site management and supervision of the project construction team. A long standing, traditional Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a client facing, Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join them in Harefield.
The successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will work alongside an experienced team who work across a range of residential and commercial schemes.
Supporting projects and at times overseeing them from inception to completion, the Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will gain an array of experiences.
The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Within 45 minutes of Harefield
Quantity Surveying degree, or similar

CCO is recruiting on behalf of a Sub Contractor with a turnover in excess of £150 million spread across various divisions in the business. Our client is currently looking to recruit Quantity Surveyors for their Piling Division for projects/ works.
Reporting into a Senior and/or Managing QS, the work type will be Piling works in the residential industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate level QS that might be ready to jump into a Senior position within 1-2 years.
Applicants for all positions must:
* Have a proven track record
* Must be full time and degree qualified and/or have the required experience.
* Professional Qualifications and/or Institute Membership
* Stable employment with the same company/group for three years or more
* Permanent candidates not freelance
* Good References
Candidate must:
* Reside within a reasonable travelling distance from the Office/Site - 1-1/2 hours travel
* Clean Smart appearance
* Long term team player
The salary dependant on experience and capability of the candidate and will include a benefits package
