Job Description
We are looking for someone to join our experienced team within the preparation of condition surveys for residential buildings. You will prepare reports upon specific and multiple defects including giving advice upon rectification works.
You must be a qualified chartered surveyor, to carry out mainly residential related work in the Greater Manchester region, including:
- Housing Disrepair reports (nationwide)
- Building Surveys
- Home Buyers reports
Party Wall Act experience beneficial – training will be provided
VRS qualified an advantage
