The ideal candidate will need experience within a multi-site facilities management role, utilising good knowledge of statutory regulations and experience in managing contracts.
A plumbing trade qualification, BIFM or FM qualification and/or an NVQ Level 3 in electrical of mechanical maintenance would be advantageous but not a necessity.
The ability to adopt a very hands-on, practical and flexible approach to property and facilities management.

Based in their North London Film Studio, you will oversee all aspects of studio & site management, along with being responsible for managing, monitoring, and negotiation all contracts relating to building services.
As Facilities Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Negotiating contracts relating to building services, preventative and planned maintenance.
Ensuring contracts are fit for purpose and completed with SLAs and KPIs.
Supplying annual forecasts for expected running costs and required maintenance spend for all sites and vehicles.
Delivering appropriate property and facilities services to customers in accordance with industry best practice, any contract terms, and statutory requirements.
Recommending and handling software to record activities on site and ensure all due diligence is carried out regularly and systematically.
