The ideal candidate will have construction site experience with a good knowledge of Total Station EDM’s; have a CSCS card, be an effective communicator and be computer literate in the use of AutoCAD and data processing. Any previous steelwork experience may be advantageous but is not essential.

As you progress, more informed commercial awareness and client relationship management will be important elements to the role. As your civil design team further grows, mentoring and checking the work of fellow engineers and technicians will be key. What you'll need to succeed A minimum of a BEng in Civil Engineering and 3+ years' UK design consultancy experience.Conversance with AutoCAD, Civil3D/PDS, Info/Microdrainage is a requirement, although there will be scope to improve your skills with them.Experience with Section Agreements 278, 38, 104 and 185.Hands-on approach, with a desire to remain engaged in design, project management and delivery.Good organisation, communication, and presentation skills.
