Multi Skilled Engineer - Mechanical Bias Location- Earls Court Static Site Monday to Friday hours Salary £32,000- £34,000 per annum (£15.38- £16.34 p/h) Temp to Perm / Permanent contract An excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer/ Mechanical Bias working on a Security Cleared sensitive contract based within London handling maintenance issues on Commercial plant equipment within the prestigious buildings * Carry out PPM and extra work requirements in adherence to set engineering standards * Check and inspection of electrical/mechanical services, plant and systems. * Respond to re-active works. * The engineer will be required to work on callout for the contract Desirable * Minimum of Electrical/Mechanical City & Guilds, Part 1 and 2 or 'A' and 'B or equivalent, BMS experience and Multi-skilling capability within building services is desirable * HV and/or pressure systems AP status - desirable * Health & Safety IOSH qualification or similar
