Site Manager - Midlands £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits A successful Regional Contractor operating in the Midlands construction market is currently seeking to recruit a Site Manager; the company has a focus on large industrial units but also cover new build contracts within healthcare, educational, industrial, residential and commercial up to the value of £50M. As a Site Manager you will be responsible for managing the project successfully. You will be required to work with a visiting Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor to ensure the project is managed to budget, programme and to the complete satisfaction of the client. To be successful in your application you must have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site Manager and have worked in live environments preferably within refurbishment and new build sectors and hold a CSCS card, Asbestos awareness certificate, SMSTS and first aid qualification.
