Contracts Manager

Position: Contracts Manager Company: Main Contractor within Construction, excellent reputation in the industry, company focus on projects within Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Residential & Education. They provide new build, refurbishment and maintenance of projects usually up to £10m but have been know n to work up to £20m Candidate: The ideal candidate must be commercially minded and capable of managing large-scale, several million pound construction projects from start to finish. You must also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be highly organised and possess the ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues, subcontractors and clients. You will have a successful track record within Main Contracting as either a Project Manager or Contracts Manager on Design & Build and refurbishment projects. Candidates with long term permanent work histories preferred. Applicants must live within 1 hours drive of York Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 basic salary DOE. Car or allowance, excellent pension and bonus. This vacancy is based in the United Kingdom.
