Assistant Quantity Surveyor

My client is a £15 million turnover groundwork`s sub contractor, privately owned and growing year on year. They are presently looking for Groundworks Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor with some experience on Groundworks packages to undertake a variety of commercially focussed duties on groundwork`s schemes valued anything from £50,000 to £5 million. Due to an influx of work and lots of success my client is looking to build on his existing team and offers a great opportunity to work with and learn from some great Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors. You will be responsible for assisting with valuations, variations, take offs, procurement of subcontractors and dealing with the client daily. If you are already capable of managing your own schemes from start to finish then you will be able to crack on and deliver the projects.
