Layout Designer - Exeter, Devon My client, a nationwide Residential Housing Developer are seeking to employ a Layout Designer from their office in Exeter. With more than 500 professionals employed across the country, and an expert in-house design team, the opportunity has arisen for a layout designer to join the Exeter office. The Layout Designer Role - * Responsible for the preparation of feasibility and planning layouts * Preparation of house type working drawings * Produce technical details The suitable candidate will - * Have a qualification (BSc / BA) in Architecture * Have experience of working either within another developer or an architectural practice that works across the residential sector * Be proficient with AutoCAD * Be able to work well within a team * Be ambitious to progress their career The salary for this position is negotiable, dependent on experience, with a benefits package also included.
