Site Manager

My client is an award winning residential developer involved in large scale regeneration schemes throughout Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire. They are currently looking to recruit a Site Manager for a new build project near Crawley which includes apartments built in a Concrete Frame. Reporting to the Project Manager the role is will initially be responsible for the management of external subcontractors on site ensuring that all works are carried out are in line with the company health safety and quality standards. You will we aided by an assistant manager working closely with you on the project. Applicants will ideally have experience of working for a residential developer or contractor in a Site Management position. It is essential that applicants should be able to display a good career history as well as up to date CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid tickets.
