THE ROLE
As a Construction Project Manager here at OWN LONDON, you will have experience working for a London based contractor or developer within the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. You will report to the Construction Director and be responsible for the day-to-day site management and supervision of the project construction team. We are looking for Resident Liaison Officers to join our construction client on a temp to perm basis. Your role within the business will be spent within the Manchester area (Blackley/New Moston), with time split over 2/3 sites over the week, liaising between tenant and landlord, and overseeing various residential projects, therefore own vehicle with UK Driving Licence is compulsory.
