Maintenance Operative

City: Oxford

Location:You will be working at multiple properties in Oxford city centre, all of which are easily accessible by public transport

Hours and Rota: 37.5 per week working between the hours of 9am - 5pm. Some weekend work will be required. You will also be on call 1 in every 2-3 weeks.

Salary: Up to £25,000 + bonus + benefits

Essential: A driving licence valid for driving in the UK

What youll get up to as a Maintenance Operative

To give you an idea what to expect, youll be:

  • Resolving a variety of general maintenance issues and problems including basic plastering, window and door repairs, completing like-for-like electrical changes and basic plumbing
  • Responding to any Health and Safety related calls
  • Completing planned inspections and rectifying any remedial works
  • Logging any maintenance issues and follow up accordingly
  • Working in a lively and at times challenging environment so youll take multi-tasking in your stride
