Job Description

One of our large clients in the Social housing sector is looking for a Resident Liaison Officer in Oxford. You will need to drive for this project. To apply for this role you MUST have: - At least 2 years experience in the RLO field - CSCS Card - Full UK Driving License, with a car You duties will be: Act as first point of contact for residents. Liaise with surveyors, clients, clerk of works to ensure works are carried out to specification. Ensure residents are kept informed of the progress and inform them of changes via letters and visits. Help plan and deliver literature given to tenants. Carrying out Surveys Responsible for managing and resolving difficulties and complaints regarding the works by liaising with all parties involved. Daily visits to Residents Deal with any complaints Update the tracker Ensure disruption to tenants kept to a minimum and that they are satisfied with the works carried out. Identify tenant's individual needs. Involved in the efficient management of H&S and Quality Assurance Systems. General ad hoc duties To apply for this role please forward your cv to (url removed).
