My client a top 10 Main Contractor are recruiting for a Junior Administrator to work within their busy office. You will have had previous administration experience, possess strong administrative skills along with a highly organised working manner.
Your key responsibilities will include;
Diary management, ordering of stationary, implementation of office database systems and training, management of documents, assisting the current team and Directors, front of house meeting and greeting visitors, answering the telephone and postal duties. These are a few of the day to day duties that will be required.
