Static M&E Engineer / Mechanical and Electrical Engineer / Building Services Engineer required for our client, they are a well-known M&E / Building Services Contractor who have been in business for over 40 years.
They are looking for a static engineer to be based in the North London area to look after an energy centre site that provides a large district heating scheme solution for the surrounding area. The role will be Monday to Friday, 8-5 with call out 1 in 3.
It is expected that the M&E Engineer / MEP Engineer / Shift Technician will have proven knowledge of heating and cooling systems as well as confidence completing tasks that relate to planned and reactive service, maintenance and repair of a range of mechanical and electrical systems such as; boilers, chillers, pumps, valve, pipework, cooling towers, leak checks, HIU's, BMS monitoring and simple electrical checks etc
It would be seen as advantageous for the M&E Engineer / Maintenance Engineer to hold NVQ Level 2/3, L8 / Legionella, Commercial Gas Tickets or 17th / 18th edition.
