You will cover a wide variety of assets which includes: offices, retail, industrial, warehouses, business parks, restaurants, pubs and hotels.
As well as the day to day valuation work you will also be responsible for maintaining and developing new client relationships.
Valuation Requirements:
Must be MRICS/FRICS and a RICS Registered Valuer.
Degree qualified.
Must have proven commercial valuation experience.
Must live up to 2 hours from their Head Office in Norwich.
This role will be based from home plus travel to sites and occasional travel to the office in Norwich or other satellite offices in East Anglia.

My client has customers phoning up on a daily basis to have their property put into auction. The valuation surveyor will have to go out to properties get with comparables with local properties/the local area in order to produce a guide/reserve valuation for auction. A certain entrepreneurial flair is needed for this role in order to deliver the desired result and gain repeat business. A fantastic opportunity to be part of a great, ever growing team, with long term career progression and also the opportunity to be able to earn a highly respectable salary.
The role will also involve a degree of business development to compliment the expansion of the department and there is a certain amount of autonomy with the role.
