I am looking for a Finishing Foreman to carry out snagging work on New Build properties in the Nottingham area. You will be covering all aspects of maintenance / finishing works and the customers first point of contact.
As the Finishing Foreman you will be responsible for:

As General Foreman you will:
Be responsible for monitoring site operatives and subcontractors, ensuring programme deadlines are met.
Organise plant and material ordering.
Ensure health and safety standards are upheld on site.
Keep accurate records and deliver accurate information i.e. toolbox talks.
Ability to read construction drawings.
Our client requires a General Foreman with:
Experience of working on civil engineering projects.
CSCS Site Managers card and SMSTS.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a variety of stakeholders including clients.
Salary/Benefits:
From 45,000 per annum
