My client are a small sized Maintenance Company who are looking for an experienced maintenance fabric technician to join a maintenance team on a mobile basis in Southampton. This role will be covering all trades including carpentry, plumbing etc and will be Monday - Friday 40 hour week with some weekend working required.

Planned preventative maintenance and statutory maintenance works
Reactive fault finding and attendance to breakdown repairs whilst working to stringent SLA and KPI agreements
Carry out installation and minor new works in accordance with appropriate policy, specifications and HSE regulations
Work order (job) progression through to completion managed via a hand held tablet device
Carrying out tasks across all trades including minor plumbing, carpentry, patch plastering, minor electrical and mechanical works etcIdeal candidate needs:
City & Guilds or similar in a trade ( Highly Desirable)
Qualified general builder or all round DIY specialist
Full driving licence is required
